Artwork & Design Policy

File Types Accepted
We accept most file formats, including .AI, .PDF, .SVG, .PNG, and .JPG. Higher-resolution files or vector artwork are preferred for best results.

Proof Approval
Before we begin production, you’ll receive a digital proof. It is your responsibility to review and approve it carefully. Production will not begin without approval.

Design Revisions
We include up to two rounds of revisions. Additional edits may incur a design fee, depending on the complexity of the request.

Customer-Supplied Artwork
By submitting a design, you affirm that you have the rights to use it. Advanced Graphic Designs is not responsible for any unauthorized use of copyrighted content.

Use of Designs for Marketing
We may showcase completed products (featuring your design) on our website or social media. If you prefer we don’t, please let us know in writing at the time of order.
