Most custom orders are completed within 8-10 business days after final proof approval and deposit. Some complex or bulk orders may require additional time.

We ship via USPS, UPS, or other carriers. Shipping costs and timelines will be calculated during checkout or included in your quote.

Local Pickup
Pickup is available at our location in Grove City, Ohio. We’ll notify you when your order is ready.

Expedited Shipping
Need it faster? Let us know when ordering — we’ll do our best to accommodate expedited production and shipping for an additional fee.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can help resolve it with the shipping provider.
