Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Advanced Graphic Designs. We take pride in producing high-quality, custom-made products tailored to your specifications. Because each item is made to order, we have the following return and refund policy in place.
Custom Orders Are Final Sale
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom orders are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any customized or personalized items, including (but not limited to) apparel, tumblers, decals, signs, varsity jackets, and promotional products.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that:

Custom products are non-refundable once production has begun

You are responsible for reviewing and approving any proofs, mockups, or design confirmations prior to production

We are not responsible for customer-provided errors, including incorrect sizing, misspellings, or design inaccuracies
Non-Refundable Deposit Policy
All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of order. This deposit covers the cost of materials, setup, and design time and cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including order cancellation.
Customer-Supplied Items
If you choose to bring in your own items to be customized:

Items must be clean and freshly laundered with no fabric softener or dryer sheets used

We will do our best to ensure quality results; however, we are not liable for any damage, discoloration, or outcome associated with customer-supplied products

All customizations performed on customer-supplied items are done at your own risk
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or incorrect due to a production error on our end, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
To initiate a review, please email us at advgraphicdesigns@yahoo.com with the following:

A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

A photo of the packaging it arrived in

A copy or photo of your packing slip or order confirmation
We will review the issue and, if deemed appropriate, offer a reprint, repair, or credit at our sole discretion. We do not offer full refunds for damaged or incorrect items.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before production begins. Once materials have been ordered, designs finalized, or production started, cancellations will not be accepted and the non-refundable deposit will be retained.
