Embroidery

Screen Printing

Direct-to-Film (DTF) Transfers

Direct to Garment (DTG)

Vinyl Lettering and Designs

Can I bring my own design?
Absolutely! You can upload your artwork, or we can work with you to create something custom. We also offer full design services if you need help bringing your vision to life.
Do you offer design services?
Yes! If you need help creating a design, our in-house design team can bring your vision to life. Whether it’s a logo, layout, or full concept — we’ve got you covered.
Can I bring my own item to be customized?
Yes — we’re happy to customize items you provide! However, please note the following:
- All customer-supplied items must be freshly laundered and completely clean, with no fabric softener or dryer sheets used. This ensures the best possible results during the customization process.
- While we do our best to handle every item with care, we cannot take responsibility for damage or unexpected results when working with items not sourced through us. Some materials may react unpredictably to the customization process.
All work on outside items is done at your own risk. If you’re unsure whether your item is suitable, feel free to contact us before bringing it in — we’re happy to help!
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Minimums may vary by product. For most apparel and print items, we can accommodate small orders, but bulk orders typically offer better pricing. Contact us for specifics on your project.

How do I start an order?
Getting started is easy! Just select the product you’d like to customize and use our online design tool to add your artwork, text, or logo. Once you submit your design, our team will review it, make any necessary tweaks, and send you a final proof for approval before we begin production.

How do I get a quote?
To get a quote, simply fill out our contact form or give us a call. Let us know what you’re looking for, how many items you need, and any artwork or ideas you have.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of order to begin production. This covers materials and setup for your custom items.
Can I see a sample before you print?
Yes, we provide digital proofs for approval before moving forward with production. Physical samples may be available for larger or recurring orders.
Do you offer fundraising or bulk discounts?
Yes! We love supporting schools, teams, and community events. Bulk pricing and fundraising options are available — just ask!
Shipping & Turnaround Time
How long does production take?
Turnaround time depends on the size and type of your order. Most projects are completed within 7–10 business days after final approval. Rush options may be available upon request with an added fee.
Do you ship orders or do local pickup?
Yes, we offer domestic shipping for most products through UPS. Local pickup is also available at our storefront in Grove City, OH.

Returns, Damage & Order Issues
What is your return or refund policy?
Because all of our products are custom-made to order, we are unable to offer returns or refunds once production has begun. We take great care to ensure your design is approved and meets expectations before printing.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of your order to begin production. This covers the design setup, materials, and prep work specific to your custom request.
If you have any concerns about your order, we encourage you to reach out — your satisfaction matters to us, and we’ll always do our best to make it right within the scope of custom work.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives with any damage or defects, please contact us right away. Be sure to include photos of the damaged items, the box it arrived in, and your packing slip so we can assess the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
